I do have my old pentax in the loft somewhere, but to be honest I've been looking around, and also I've find out a few of my sly mates have digital SLR's so they have been helping me with my choices.
Although everyone here seems to be pro Nikon, I think I'm gonna go with the Canon, whether it be the 350 or the 400, dependent on what kind of deal I can get.
My reasoning is that with the Canon I can upgrade the lens in the future if I decide to. I can't help but feel that the nikon's smaller CCD of 6Mb would not be the best choice in the long run.
